I Will be listing a very nice assortment of Asian and Indian antiques in the next couple week from a deaccession sale from a local museum. Some items still have the museum inventory tags. A lot of Hindu related antiques and high quality items. All fresh to the market.
Up for auction is a fine old antique India Hindu god Lord Ganesha brass/bronze statue/sculpture idol. The figurine has great details and a nice dark patina. Features Ganesha in a boat. Made very well. Condition i...s very nice for its age. No cracks, no repairs and no chips or nicks. Measures approx. 4 1/4" wide by 2 7/8" tall and weighs 14 ounces unpacked. Rare item and is a must for any collector. Fresh from a 90 year estate collection and is fresh to the market. Glare spots are from the lights reflection and not on the items surface.
