The pendant is a large polished heart shape and features a 4.15mm red stone hand pave set at its center. Surrounding the center stone there are 10 old European and single cut natural diamonds that are similarly set. The diamonds total approximately 0.40 carats in weight and are fine quality with near-colorless G/H color and very clean VS1 to SI1 clarity. Each of the 11 stones is expertly pave set in a way that forms an 8-pointed star around it. The pendant then hangs from a vintage fancy bar and milgrain accent link chain that closes with a spring ring clasp and measures 19 inches in length. This is an absolutely adorable antique and vintage piece in excellent and ready to wear condition.
