An antique solid silver brooch, set with a natural shell cameo hand carved to depict Hebe feeding her father, Zeus, in the form of an eagle. A lovely carving...s collectible & wearable too!CONDITION: Generally very good. Slight signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Natural stresses visible, all perfectly secure. One or two possible old repairs to mount, one claw missing.DATE/MARKS: Mid 19th C...entury. Not marked.DIMENSIONS: 62 x 52 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
