This gorgeous bracelet is estimated to date from the late Victorian era 1880s through to the 1890s. It is made up of horizontal rectangular links bezel mounted with finely carved cameos of beautiful ancient maidens. These are connected by two rows of three small round links. It is not marked; tests confirm that it is 375 for its solid 9ct gold fineness. It has a slot and tongue clasp; note the tongue is a gilt replacement marked 800 for its silver content.
