Item History & Price
Fine 18ct white gold diamond ring
...
I am pleased to offer this impressive 0.25ct G/VS marquise cut diamond set in a hefty 18ct white gold setting, the strong lines of this design make it all about the diamond - perfect!
Size 5.5, to inner lower band are two small sizing beads indicating that once it was necessary to be sized down. These beads are also great for extra grip - this ring is made to stay on!
A sleek design in gleaming white gold for those who wish for glamour without the ruffles.
In very good to near excellent condition.

We received positive review by the highly regarded American Southeastern Antiquing and Collecting Magazine, in the article 'What's selling on Ebay'. Copy provided upon request.
My ebay user ID stems from my love of flowers, the Vanda cristata is a species of orchid found in the Himalayas and I see wandering through a Himalayan orchid filled lane as a beautiful vision.
Thereupon Vandalane was born.
Firstly, thanks for taking the time to be here as I greatly appreciate the support of the ebay community!
My name is Alison and I am that person who has passion for various areas of antiques. My love started with Australian Colonial furniture which led me to Georgian sterling and jewellery, offering me unique opportunities that I am ever grateful.
Many people ask me this and my response is that collecting is a hunt, we all love antique fairs and auctions - ebay offers the hunt.
You will find me selling a combination of Auction & Buy it now(with offer), if I can secure an item for a good price I will always try and pass on the saving as I firmly believe an item is worth what someone is willing to pay.
More so I actually enjoy ebay, all the wonderful people I've come to know through here and the art of listing items - it is a creative process that I thoroughly enjoy.
While the internet is a fine source of information I cannot recommend highly enough the importance of actual reference books. My current favourites:
London Goldsmiths 1697- 1837 Their Marks and Their Lives by Arthur G.Grimwade
Silver Novelties in the Gilded Age 1870 - 1910 by Deborah Crosby
Jackson's Silver & Gold Marks edited by Ian Pickford
