ARTIST: THE BEATLES TITLE: 20 GOLDEN HITS CAT No: 2C 070-07.030 PM291 CONDITION: EX/VG+ OTHER: Rare early pressing of this edition, one for the collectors and die hard fans.This release has a few interesting mistakes and was even banned in some marketplaces! Very few editions of this album were released by French label Pathe Marconi in 1979 where as most pressings of this album were by blue and white Odeon label. This is one of the earl...iest pressings which has a misprint on the sleeve. “Let It Be” (B10) is incorrectly listed as ©1968 on the jacket (should be 1970). Also, this track which can be heard on the vinyl is the single version, not the intended album version.All tracks true stereo, except “She Loves You” (A1) which is fake stereo, unlike later releases under the Odeon label.The track “With a Little Help From my Friends” (B3) fades in so you hear a few of the guitar notes from Sgt Pepper.

OUR GRADING...
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
TERMS OF SALE - We do not give refunds on items that don't fit properly or because you've simply changed your mind. As you can appreciate, accepting returns on items that go for a low value is not viable. However this means you can often get a real bargain. Just ask a few questions if you need to before you bid or purchase to avoid disappointment. If you require any additional measurements please let us know and we will try to help.Should on a rare occasion an item be wrongly described a refund would be given. We simply ask that you get in touch within 7 days and let us know that you would like to return the item. You then have a further 7 days (14 days in total) to get the item back to us. As a buyer you are responsible for the cost of the return postage, please obtain proof of postage for any returned item. When returning an item, please return it in its original condition, packaging/polythene cover in tact with all tags/accessories and obviously undamaged, unworn and without odours etc. We will then process the refund (less the original postage).
Goods Damaged On Arrival - If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged or refuse to accept the delivery where possible. Alternatively, we advise you to photograph any damaged packaging before you open it.
