Welcome, A rare and beautiful antique butterfly wing solid silver original Art Deco collectable.This oval picture is a stunner!. I believe this image could be from the story of the girl in the tower? It has multicolour wings, pale shimmers of gossimer fine butterfly wing in whites lilacs, blue, pink & green hues. The oval solid silver frame has a three dimensional thick puffy glass front and is reverse painted. The frame is original to the picture and has an English hallmark on the... back TLM an anchhor, lion and the letter y. It bears the patent number 202213 also. The condition is original and may show light surface wear and fading commensurate only with age, butterfly wings make up the sky, dress, hairband and pillow.
