You are looking at a vintage 1970s, 6" x 6" x 1/4" thick, ceramic tile trivet or hanging decoration with cartoonish wild mushrooms and cork backing. There is another tile like this on eBay without the cork backing and it is marked "Belgium". This tile is in good used condition with no cracks, no scratches, no breaks, no repairs, but it does have flea bites on the top edge and a 1/8" chip in the top left corner (see pic).
