Statue is new in the box and has never been removed from the package. The two uninstalled fins are still in the original baggie. This is in the original collector's edition box, and is for the STATUE ONLY. There is no game, DLC, comic, etc in the box, just the statue.
Box has some wear, but nothing too bad. Again, the plastic clamshell has never been opened, and the statue is brand new. Looks awesome!
