Up for auction is a Gamepro The Adventures of Sly Cooper #1 Comic that has multiple imperfections and therefore I would consider in Very Good+ Condition. You will receive the book in the pictures.
Issue #1 Description:No # on cover, no indicia. A promotional comic given out at the Sony booth during Wizard World 2004 to promote Sly 2: Band of Thieves. Acting as an in between story between the first and second game, apparently taking place sometime within the 2 year span b...etween them. Murray and Bentley still appear as they did in Sly 1, Murray showing his more carefree demeanor from the first game showing no sign of his more hands on "The Murray" persona that he adopts during the second game and on. Considering Murray's surprise entrance at the beginning of the second game, it is assumed that this was done to keep it a surprise. Sly however, despite still looking quite young in comparison to later on, wears his thief bag around his leg as he does in Sly 2. The plot consists of two flashback stories. One is a flashback to the Cooper gang's first taste of thief work as children at the Happy Camper Orphanage (stealing cookies from a greedy sitter), and the other detailing the first time Carmelita and Sly met... which the two relay to each other with opposing points of view during a rare peaceful conversation with each other. After all is said and done, Sly once again escapes Carmelita's grasp by seemingly jumping into the nearby canal. Carmelita is at first very worried that she may have made Sly do something dramatic... but to her chagrin sees that Sly had in fact jumped onto a boat also accompanied by the gang. As the three float down the river, Sly knows he will see Carmelita again soon. Of interesting note is that Dimitri from Sly 2 and 3 makes a cameo appearance, and is drawn in the comic style of the first game as opposed to the more streamlined style the characters are drawn in from here on out. Note that Carmelita swears in this issue.
This comic comes from a smoke free home. Comic grading is subjective so please use the multiple picture to determine if this is the book for you.

I send out every item with bubble wrap/packing peanuts or multiple layers of cardboard reinforcement (especially for comics) so items arrive in the condition pictured.
For U.S. Buyers, I will typically send out items no later than 3 full business days after payment has been received and processed.

International Buyers
For international buyers, it can take up to six business days to send out because I work during post office open hours hours during the week and I can only get to the post office on Saturdays. If you purchase on a Sunday, I will not be able to get to the post office until the following Saturday.Because of multiple issues in the past, I will not ship to France, Ireland or South Korea. I'm sorry for this inconvenience but I've learned from past mistakes not to ship to these locations due to postal service items being lost multiple times when sent to these countries.
For all items that sell for $50 more US, I will ship out international packages utilizing United States Priority Mail International ONLY. It is more expensive but Priority Mail is the only method that allows me to insure items as well as track them across international borders. Please do not ask me to declare a lower cost than the actual item cost on customs declaration forms. Because I am insuring your items over $50, if I declared them at a lower cost, I would not be able to help you reclaim your losses if they were somehow lost in transit.
I cannot control the package once it leaves my hands and some countries have a much longer customs postal procedure as opposed to others. With this in mind, I will ask that you allow up to three weeks for arrival once it has been shipped out. I will be happy to provide a package tracking number when it has been sent.Payment Details

I want to be treated the same way I treat the sellers I purchase from. If I can't make payment within four days of winning an auction, I don't bid on these items. If you bid on my items, please be courteous and make payment within 96 hours (4 days). If you cannot make payment within 4 days, and have made no attempt to contact me, I will open an unpaid item case. I do this so I can recoup the ebay and paypal costs of listing the auction as well as the selling fees.
