1973 Martin 000-18 Vintage Acoustic Guitar- All Original Closet Classic!! This instrument was found at an estate sale and has been reported to have been in the closet for nearly 30 years. It is in excellent condition and barely has any wear from being played. It has a few tiny bumps and scuffs, but nothing that would really show up in the photos (I posted the two that were the worst on the lower bout and the bottom of the guitar body). I just wiped it down with some dunlop guitar polis...h and what you see is what you get. Now for the Bad....while everything looks new and barely touched the string tension pulled the neck over time and the instrument needs a neck reset. The string action is too high to comfortably play. With that being said, this is a repair that can be done and you would essentially have a time capsule 1973 Martin 000-18 guitar. It will ship in its original blue hardshell case to the winning bidder. Please look at all the photos and ask any and all questions before bidding and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge.
