Original Description:
Karl Griesbaum Clockwork Automaton Clown Whistler. The figure is in remarkable condition with only  a few scratches. The mechanism  works great and his head turns side to side and whistles.  No Key.

SIEGFRIED WENDEL took over Griesbaum factory in 1988. In 1991 he restart the production with birdcages, birdboxes and whistlers.  I remember the clowns is one of his.
The figure itself is about 13 " tall.  This is such a great piece and you may not ...find one in better condition.   Thanks for looking
