You'll find a few of these on eBay, but I would be willing to bet this is the only one you'll find that was a "Demo" board - TRULY one of the very first Mystery Air's ever made. Made... in Austria whereas I believe the majority of these boards, post-demo, were made in the USA. Very unique.
The board does have a number of scrapes/scratches, but generally in good condition. One of the bindings does have a crack on the inside, but if you know what you're buying here, you won't be riding on this board. :) If you want more pictures let me know - I'd be more than happy to provide whatever you need.
Some history on this board from retrosnow.com:
Some would say this is one of the boards that changed snowboarding. The 90’s was the biggest growth for the snowboard industry. Everyone wanted to be attached to the next coolest sport in the world. Craig Kelly had been riding for Sims and had dominated the sport in competition. He was getting frustrated with Sims and made the decision to jump over to Burton but due to contract issues he was unable to ride a Burton board for almost 2 years. So he rode a black base board until this board was released. Sure there was the black top Mystery Air that was the board that this board was built from but it was this board that made Craig Kelly the superstar that he was.
