Fabulous Rare Antique French 19th century, victorian period , Solid 18 K Gold Dutch Rose Cut Diamond and beautiful Enamel All Seing Eye of God or Eye Of Providence Ring.
Navette shaped & Surrounded with tiny lustrous Seed pearls !
The Central beautiful foiled back Dutch Rose cut Diamond is 4 mm x 3.25 mm with radiating gold Sun rays within a black enamel back ground .
The All seing eye of God or Eye of Providence can be traced as far as Antique Egyptian period as the Eye of Horus, it has been a very popular & recurrent theme overtime for different organisations ;among them a symbol used by the Free Masons .I am not sure this ring is a masonic ring but it is quite beautiful interesting and magical as it is .
The shank is very beautiful too with nicely worked shoulders

It is stamped on back of shank with French maker's mark in a lozenge and French Horse head hallmark for 18 K goldThe ring was tested and is guaranteed 18 K gold
Dimensions : Ring size is 6.5 or 53 mm inside circumference , Dutch Rose cut Diamond is 4 mm x 3.25 mm approx. top face is 5 cm or 5/8 of an inch high x 9 mm wide or 5/16 of an inch wide
