A two mantle Coleman kerosene / paraffin burning lantern, model 235, date marked on the bottom " 5 / 12 ", December of 1935. When tested it lit easily after pre-heating, it burned steady with no problems. The painted brass fount has a few scrapes and scratches but no dents, some fuel stains, the decal is in fair condition. The globe base and frame have some light rust, the ventilator has a couple chips. The green lettered globe is correct and probably original. ...This is a rare and very desirable lantern!
