Pretty darn good condition. Some minor signs of age, so PLEASE view the photos to make sure it is up to your specifications. Wires included.
IMPORTANT - MUST READ SAFETY NOTE: There is a chance you will receive an electric shock from the exposed portions of the two wires/the pen etc. USE GREAT CAUTION and WEAR RUBBER GLOVES. Remember, safety guards didn't much exist back then.

On a bit of a personal note, this was... owned by my late grandfather, who was an old-school sign maker in the 40's-80's. We are certainly sad to part with it, but fortunately we have many items to remember him with. He was a great man :)
