***Another sale item from the estate of my mother, she had good taste***Gorgeous Antique early 1900's French Enameled hand painted Sevres style with mother of pearl opera glasses. A wonderful scene of a lovely Victorian couple with elegant clothing on in a park setting. The makers of these beautiful opera glasses are/signed "Hamilton Rowe & Co, Chicago". These are inscribed"Myrtle Carr, 1903". The turning mechanism works. This ...comes with its original leather case. This measures aprox 4" wide x 2 1/2" tallCondition;Enamel paintings are in beautiful condition, no wear! Mother of Pearl is also beautiful and intact. No repairs. There is a small surface chip on one of larger lenses in the center which also has a light foggy tinge, see last picture of close-up...Brass painted finish has some wear.
