You are viewing a small bodied vintage 14” Mary Hoyer Doll manufactured in the US by Mary Hoyer in Lancaster, PA and carried at the boardwalk store in Ocean City, NJ. Mary has a synthetic honey blonde wig styled to perfection. She has sleep eyes which work well, coloring on her knees, and is strung well. She wears the traditional light blue Starlight gown of taffeta, with several layers of netting with piping of silver lurex thread. She is wearing Mary Hoyer blue net gloves and... silver shoes. The shoes are showing signs of wear as many of these shoes do at 70+ years of age. She also has on vintage Hoyer stockings . A truer version of the Mary Hoyer Doll would be hard to find.
