Clinton 2 cycle A 400 Panther engine. This engine is the clockwise rotation, right hand and has a 5/8 pto. It has nice compression and clean fuel tank. I poured a little fuel in the exhaust port and it fired off on the second pull. Its missingthe paper gasket that goes inside the fuel cap and the carb is untested. This is a 2 cycle engine that requires mixed fuel.The engine will be shipped Fedex and I have a cost of $40, if it turns out to be less I will refund the differenc...e.
