Vintage Norton Behr-Manning IM-313 Cast Iron Multi-Oilstone.
This was from the butcher shop where I work. It had been fixed up over the years, but I took it apart and had it bead-blasted and gave it a coat of green paint, (not the original color, but there is a late-model FIAT automobile color that is a good match.) It has very good stones installed with all the original screws and clamps and new strips of shell cordovan leather for clamp pads. None of the zinc plates are ...extant, but the unit is as fully functional as it was when it was made, 80 - 100 years ago. NO cracks or chips in the castings. There is some pitting in the steel cover, but it is perfectly solid and it can be readily filled and smoothed if desired. All of the stones are older "MADE IN USA" Norton original replacements in very good condition. I will include a piece of cork from Southland Cork Co. SC-100 CR 1/69. This is the best mil-spec match to the original cork pads that I have found. I didn't cut it in half or glue it on, in case you would like to do a restoration project. Thanks for looking!
