I bought a krate bike and it had this mirror. I was told at that time that the mirror was original Schwinn but I can’t verify that. I did some research and it’s apparent that it is very hard to tell an original from a reproduction. Either way, this is an old mirror and is in good condition. There are a few scratches and paint scraped. There is light rust on the nuts. I don’t see any marks telling what country it is made in. The mirror is ...excellent with no dark areas but it has fingerprints. The sticker is peeled a little bit and shows the trademark (R). Thanks for looking.
