This scooter hasn't been used in over 10-20 years. It will need to be repaired/maintained in order to operate, so it is being sold "FOR REPAIR/AS IS." I did not even attempt to start it, because I know that it will not work in its current condition. I do not have the technical expertise to provide guidance regarding this. Please see photos.
Some basic observations: Tires are flat, there is some rust on the chain, there is some stale fuel in t...he little bubble thing you pump on the engine.
Please examine the photos and make sure you have sufficient technical/mechanical know-how (or know someone who does) -- I do not know what needs to be done to bring this scooter into usable/working condition.
