I made several repairs to get it to run , new head gasket , new carb. gaskets , cleaned and set points , etc. etc.. While putting the new head gasket on I cleaned the carbon from the cylinder face, head and exhaust ports . The cylinder , rings , cylinder sleeve , rod and crank are in great condition . I see no cracks or chips on this motor and the round muffler is not a repro. The motor also has a vintage spark plug( Champion 34 special for gas engines) , it could use a new plug and wi...re , the current ones are a little finicky but they work(keep this in mind) . I am not positive of the model number( I would guess a type of 92) , it is missing the tag and kill switch . This is a good one for restoration or use , you know what you are getting , no surprises inside and she runs as is. There is the usual wear and fleabites and it has been painted a couple times , but a solid example . I let this motor run through an entire tank of gas and it did fine . Study pictures , ask questions before bidding , sold as is. I should mention in case it matters , there is a smooth hole on the collar behind the castle nut that goes into the shaft( you can see it in the picture) . I have no idea ? , looks like a drilled out set screw .
