Up for auction is a 1950's Very Nice Vintage Porter Chemcraft Chemistry Lab featuring Atomic Energy, Made in Hagerstown, Maryland. 650 experiments, Senior Outfit #6105. In "as found" condition, looks as if it was used very little , please view the pictures and you can be the judge. This is the big 4 door metal case and graphics are in really nice shape. Some light scratches to the front. There are some some scratches on the back and a corner ding (see photos). There are a few lig...ht stains on the inside on the cardboard pieces, but what do you expect from playing with Atomic energy ? The metal scale is excellent condition with very nice graphics. It looks to be very nearly complete, there is something missing in one of the metal holders. Includes 20 BOTTLES OF CHEMICALS, two are empty but most are full or close to it.11 TEST TUBES, all 10 are test tubes are marked in yellow words( PYREX Made in USA PORTER Chemical Co., the other is just marked Pyrex.One of the test tubes is partially broken at the top. Some have been used or are discolored. Includes three booklets, The Story of Atomic Energy 1955, Chemcraft Senior Experiment Manual 1950, Chemcraft Magic 1952, and the Chemcraft Famous Charts. The booklets are in good condition, Some have some water contact to the cover. THE RED METAL CASE MEASURES 21" long x13 3/4" tall X 3" thick when closed Opened showing all 4 panels.----The vast majority of my items are used, vintage or antique and usually all have previously been enjoyed with normal wear from being handled, so please view all pictures because they are part of the description and for additional condition.
