Original Description:
The grills on these 284's are something other than catalin but I've never heard what to call that particular plastic. This radio was shined up nicely many years back. Cracks as shown. I think it was electronically tuned up as well as it does play with lots of buzzing between stations so consider it in need of electric work. No other cracks, repairs or damage of any kind.
