Upfor auction is a vintage 1945 model 3HD Wilton bullet vise with a swivel base, made in Chicago, USA. Though upon looking, it appears rusty looking, that is not the case. These were typically different colors, but it has lost its paint. However, these quality tools were meant to last, and it is still quite sturdy and functional! Everything still slides and opens with ease, and you can date it to 1945 by obser...ving the warranty end date, which was marked on the square stock slide, shown in photo 7.
