This is one of the most handsome and rarely for sale Emerson radios of its day. Note the Mae West styled colored band indicator lights. The maple wood Ingraham cabinet is in excellent condition.The black trim accents really stand out. New exact dial lens, dial string and power cord.
CABINET has been refinished, sanded and hand rubbed as to keep the original factory stain. The dial is a knock out with beautiful black on gold accents and indicators for each county and band positions.&...nbsp;
The chassis has been completely restored, capacitors, resistors new power cord and new tubes as needed. This set receives stations across the dial using the included antenna wire. The short wave band is better at night and the longer the antenna wire the more stations can be heard. These sets perform very well using a long outside antenna, All of the tube radios experience noise from household appliances such as televisions, computers and other electrical home devices.
