I believe this is a one of a kind artisan ring. It is size 7 and weighs 4.4g. The decoration on top measures approx. 1" in diameter. It is adorned with robin's egg blue art glass stones. They look like they could be Peking glass, but I'm not sure. There are no marks on the inside. It looks like it may have been sized at some point and may have lost any markings at that time.
It acid tests positive for 14K gold.
My apologies for being all over the board on the description. I... cant quite firgure out the exact age. I feel like it could be an older Art Deco era piece, but the shape is reminiscent of jewelry described as Atomic Age. Either way, I believe it was likely made sometime between the 1930s and the 1960's.
