This is an Eddy Merckx mens road touring/racing bicycle, that is in nice, original, and lightly used condition. It has a 10 speed Huret drive line, which features smooth and accurate light action shifting for the rear derailleur. The cranks are Sugino Maxy forged aluminum alloy, and it has Weinmann center pull brakes. It is equipped with 27 x 1 1/4 inch high pressure road tires, that are mounted to smooth spinning and true Rigida Chromix rims. The tube set measures 25 inches (63cm) fro...m the center of the cranks to the top of the seat tube, 24 inches from the center of the seat tube to the center of the head tube, and the stand over height is 34 inches. It would be a good fit for riders in the 6' 0'' - 6' 5'' range. The bike has minor signs of wear from normal light use, and is in good shape mechanically and ready to ride.
