Description:
We like to let the scans speak for themselves. If there is a significant crease, or a tear that is hard to see in a scan, or another major flaw or imperfection, we will mention it below the images.
Nearly ALL of our postcards are the exact same size: 5.5 inches x 3.5 inches. If they are larger or smaller than that, we will try to mention it in the description.
If we have the wrong image on a listing, please use the “Contact Seller” link to let us know, and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Our scanners are set to reproduce colors very accurately. But please remember that colors may differ slightly based on individual computer monitor settings.
Shipping:
We ship most orders via USPS First-Class (Standard) Mail. We’ve got a tremendous track record with this method – we’ve lost only a handful of the 200, 000+ postcards we have mailed using First-Class Mail.
Items are always shipped to the address provided to us by PayPal. If you need us to ship to a different address, please contact us via eBay Before completing payment.
We Always ship our postcards in acid-free protective sleeves, to prevent scratching and damage.
And we Always use cardboard backing and an additional interior envelope that helps protect the postcards from bending and creasing.
Why Don’t We Use Tracking?
Most of our shipments are under one ounce. While Tracking has become almost universally expected on eBay, it simply doesn’t make sense for us, or for our customers. USPS Tracking only applies to Parcels of 3 ounces or greater. So in order to get Tracking, we have to pay for 3 ounces, even if it’s just 1 ounce. As of 2020, 3-ounce parcels cost a minimum of $2.90 to send within the U.S. Our customers like our low shipping rates, so we ship most items First Class.
We do add Tracking to orders of significant value (usually $25 or greater) for no additional charge. And we will add Tracking to any shipment upon request, for an additional charge.
International Shipping:
We ship with USPS First-Class International Mail. If a shipment is over 3 ounces, we will usually split it into multiple envelopes, but we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees if the shipment is over 3 ounces, or will cost more than anticipated to ship to your country.
Refunds: We honor unconditional returns within 30 days of the purchase date (i.e. Buy it Now or Auction End Date). In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and the refund will also include any original shipping fees paid. We want the chance to fix any problems before you return the item, so please contact us Before opening an eBay Return Request.
