Each part of the bed features very fine and thick cherry wood. The finish is quite warm and pretty.This vintage bed is in ve...ry good vintage condition. There are no noticeable scratches, dings or flaws. The rails hook to the headboard and footboard with metal hooks and form a tight bed foundation.
