Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.This is a very cool antique hand forged carpenters axe. The date has been estimated to be late 1700’s to 1800’s. I looked all over the blade for a makers mark or some sort of design or stamp, but it’s far to worn for me to able to recognize anything on the blade. Please note this axe is very old and very worn, but a neat old piece nevertheless. It’s approximately 11.5 inches long by five inches across. The blade length is 5 inches by 4.5.
