An Art Deco flapper-style lady with short black hair is dressed in a black skirt with a flowing black cape. She holds a Jack-O-Lantern in her hands.
The place card measures 4-1/4" high... from the top of her head to the bottom edge and 4-1/2" wide across the bottom.
Numbers written in ink on the back near bottom edge. See scans.
