Chinese Antique Pair of 2 Carved Walnut Shells, A Lotus and A Crane, Intricate! Not my area of expertise so plz ask questions if you need to! These came from an English estate recently purchased, most items were English but not these two.I do not know the age but certainly old. The larger nut had the crane carved on both sides. The other nut is a quandry, my daughters see lotus flowers but there are also leafs that look like some sort of plant? Or maybe a fish? Just not sure what they ...are? They both both have drilled holes I imagine to hold still while carving. Please see pics for best description!All sales are final as I do my best to accurately describe every item.
