This is a vintage wasboard manufactured by the Carolina Washboard Co. The frame is wood and the scrubbing area is glass.
It is of solid construction, complete and it is intact. No sections are loose.
There is a small chip in the glass in the middle, but there are no cracks or other damage.
Its measurements are 12 3/8 inches, by 14 1/4 inches and 1 3/8 inches.
It was used by my grandmother and has been in my family for nearly 100 years.
