Felix The Cat #83 Harvey Comics 1957 golden age cartoon otto mesmer art classic. Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover is detached the spine on the cover is split most of the way down and on the inside Pages there is a two inch spine split and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fair out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
