This is a lovely vintage Victorian half doll, possibly German. She is carrying an umbrella/parasol that matches her long length dress.  Her porcelain body measures 3-1/4 inches and her overall length is 9-1/2".  Her dress and umbrella/parasol are supported by a wired frame.
