It is hand-painted and signed by the artist. The name appears to be Lovit or Sovit (although the v could also be a "u"). Photos of the signature are included. The painting quality is lovely and reminiscent of a Fragronard painting in miniature!
A lovely vase that would... make a welcome addition to any collection of enamel compacts, enamel hatpins - she is wearing a beautiful bonnet - or other ladies vanity items. Just in time for Mother's Day!
