This is a really cool Seabury branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for EZ PAINTR Manufacturing Company of Los Angeles California. (NICE COLRFUL BRUSH ROLLER GRAPHICS). This rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors with a few areas of lost paint.(see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny.(see pics). This unique piece appears to have been fired.
