This ultra rare dust cover is for an IBM PC XT 83 key keyboard. It fits models 1501100, 458465, and many others. This is only the 2nd one I've ever seen. I scored this along with an XT keyboard in an estate sale which I have already sold separately. While it will need some buffing, it is in great shape with no cracks or warps. This is probably one of a handful left in the world. Shipping will be fast and free with the cover very thoroughly protected.
