Apple Macintosh Extended Keyboard II M3501 (1990) w/ Apple Desktop Bus Mouse II M2706. Keys could use additional cleaning (a few have marks from pens that would likely wash off with the proper cleaner). Basic functions worked at last testing for all keys. Mouse worked as well.
