This computer is tested and works well. The computer, cartridge, and booklets are fairly clean. The box however has seen better days. It has a slight "basement smell". I did seal it in a bag with dessicant for several days which got all traces of moisture out of the box. I purchased this at a yard sale, and the seller had it in a shoddy looking trailer (which is where i assume the moisture got in). With that, i would NOT reccomend you store this comp...uter in the box, as it feels fragile, and some layers of the cardboard are beginning to seperate, but the box itself would make a nice looking display piece. The computer will be mailed outside of the box to prevent damage with large amounts of cushioning to prevent damage.That being said, the computer is in great condition (but the logo is starting to become unglued in the front, but it appears that glue would fix that). It starts up and recognizes the cartridge without issue.
