This card installs into your Amiga 2000, 3000, 3000t, 4000, 4000t video slot. This card is equipped with the mounting bracket to fit in the 3000 and 4000 but can be altered to work in the 2000 or 2500.
I had no old Amiga monitor to plug in to check this ...card so I was unable to test it. I tested for the preboot Expansion Board Diagnostic but it DID NOT show up (could be my daughterboard)
I do not have the disks - this auction is for the card only.Overall in good shape! If you can use for parts if it doesn't work, you would be the best buyer.
