New:Unopened box or package. All parts are brand new and have yet to leave the original package.
Open Box:Box has been opened but the product inside is either still sealed or never been used.
Used:Product has been used before but is in working condition.
Like New:Looks new, as if it was opened for the first time. No damage or marks.
Very Good:In great condition. If there are any marks or scratches they are very small and hard to see.
Good:Possibility of light scratches or small blemishes. Marks do not affect game-play.
Acceptable:Games are tested but still show cosmetic damage.
As Is/Untested:Product has not been tested or shows signs of major damage. There is no guarantee if it work.
Payment:
We only accept payment through PayPal. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days we will start the cancellation process. During this time you are still able to pay for it or contact us. There will be no penalty or bad feedback given because of a cancelled order.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with your item there is a 14-day money back return policy that where the customer pays for postage. Please contact us before sending it back. we can address each order individually and make things as hassle free as possible. If there is a problem after that 14-day period we still encourage you contact us and we will handle the problem just the same.
