The pages have no tears or creases. Approximately five recipes have notes or comments written beside them. Also, five or six pages have small, light spots or stains. Some recipes in the index have notations written in ink. See the last three photos for examples.
There is a "from the library of" sticker on the front paste down. The back end paper has a small amount of writing in ink.
