This gorgeous Peterson comes from my personal collection and is a difficult one to let go. I recently grabbed one of the new limited edition Peterson Nassau/Natural Vergin released in Europe and decided to part with my beloved Gold Spigot; my loss your gain! Hallmarked 1979 this one is my favorite shapes as well, an XL02s, saddle bent Apple that Peterson does so well. The nice large sturdy bowl sits as comfortably in the hand as can be and sports thick walls with a healthy chamber. Sha...nk is ultra chubby and capped with a solid gold mount which holds the gold spigot vulcanite stem with slight fishtail bit. Finish is that of a Supreme, warm orange-ish natural stain that highlights the fine sweeping flame grain with beautiful birdseye on the heel that travels up the shank. In my humble opinion, this is about the finest Peterson money can buy and a true gem of a smoker. If I say anymore I think I'm going to have to keep it!

Condition: Excellent. Chamber is clean and sound. Briar has a few dings/handling marks. Gold mount has a small nick on the rear edge as seen in pic#10 but is purely aesthetic. Weight: 69g
