This rare 1920s "Train Master" rectangular 50 cigar humidor tin, measuring 5 1/4" x 4 3/8" x 4 3/8", is in fair condition, with some superficial rust on the exterior and interior bottom seams, some small dents and some age related paint chips and scratches. There is a large piece of tax stamp. This attractive bright red tin with gold lettering features an eagle with wings spread, grasping leaves in its talons. The cigars were manufactured by the Whitlock Cigar C...ompany, a division of the Federal Cigar Company, Richmond, VA, in Factory 17, 2nd District, VA.
