Description: Set of Eight Hickory Chair James River Mahogany Shield Back Dining Room Chairs in the Federal Style. Set includes 2 arm chair and 6 side chairs. Chairs feature a carved bellflower shield backs with bellflower inlays with beautiful cream Damask seats with tapered legs with H stretchers.&...nbsp;Hickory Chair's James River Collection is the furniture industries longest furniture collection. Started in 1941, Hickory Chair replicated antiques found in the elegantly appointed interiors of plantation homes found along the James River in Virginia. Each piece is crafted in the Old World 18th century standards with deep hand rubbed finishes.
Condition Report: Chairs are in really good condition with some minor scuffs and scratches as expected with usage, fabric in good condition.
