A vintage Troll doll with maroon red mohair, manufactured by DAM Things Originals, 1964.This genuine Thomas Dam troll has ©64 DAM on the back (©64 is raised, and directly below
DAM is debossed (and not that easy to read).
The hard plastic body measures about 2.5 inches tall and has "glassy" eyes. It is in goodused condition, with only minor surface wear/scratches. The body surface is shiny in areas.There are no marks, except for a extremely faded "JR" on the bottom o...f the right foot.
The face has light red cheek blush. The eyes match the hair color and are in great shape.
Not sure if they are made of glass, but they are the early ones with metal posts and backings.
The hair is original, but it's missing volume. The longest strands are about 6 inches long(with a bit of black on some of the tips). The hair was removed and cleaned (along with anyglue residue that was on the hairline/inner body). The hair has not been re-glued. It is push-ed into the body, and can easily be replaced.
Very clean, sold as is.
