DESCRIPTION: Old Original FAMOUS Cigar Label - JOCKEYS and HORSE RACE - Beautiful label!
SIZE: Measures approximately 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches
CONDITION: Excellent to Near Mint with some very very light creasing and a small amount of the edging may have been trimmed off top left or it came from the litho company that way.
Guaranteed old and original. These cigar box labels are great pieces of history and are very collectable. They were... originally intended to be put either on the inside lid or the outside of a cigar box but due to the decline of cigar smoking in the early 1900's, never made it on one. They come in a vast variety of subject matter and were printed on high quality paper and in most cases, the printing was stone lithography.
